Today marks the final day of Local on Stage at the Coca-Cola Stage, where Alberta’s talented musicians have had the opportunity to perform alongside internationally recognized artists. Over three exciting days, local performers have demonstrated that world-class talent exists right here in Canada’s vibrant music community.
This year’s lineup showcases artists from Calgary and across Alberta, including Alex Hughes, ZENON, Dempsey, Kue Varo & The Only Hopes, representing a wide range of genres from country and indie to alternative rock and soul. Their performances highlight the creativity, diversity, and professionalism that make Canada’s music industry an exciting place for collaboration.
For VNFaces, events like this are more than just great entertainment—they are valuable opportunities to discover talented Canadian artists who may become future collaborators with Vietnamese musicians, singers, performers, and content creators. One of our missions is to build meaningful connections between Vietnam and Canada by introducing artists to one another, encouraging cross-cultural collaborations, and creating projects that allow both sides to learn, grow, and reach new audiences together.
Whether it’s recording original music, performing at festivals, producing films or music videos, creating digital content, or participating in international cultural exchange programs, strong artistic partnerships can open doors that extend far beyond a single performance.
We look forward to meeting talented Canadian artists, industry professionals, and creative teams who are interested in collaborating with Vietnamese talent. Together, we can create opportunities that celebrate cultural diversity, inspire creativity, and help artists build lasting international careers.
Because when talented people from different cultures come together, they don’t just create great art—they build bridges that connect audiences around the world.
